The site is located in Shenyang, Liaoning province of China, It is the border of Shenhe district and Heping district where is called the "gold corridor" CBD center of Shenyang.

Shenyang city texture assumes the circular, main street in the grid. Along with the development, the car road is becoming wider, more and more high-rise buildings are built as the the streets changing. At the same time some problems of city streets gradually appear.

W/D are the elements order of street space rhythm. "Due to the smaller than D W appeared again and again, the street will seemed alive."

D/H ≦ 3/4 Site mainly exist such case in the street. Because people can't see the sky, they lose their sense of building height, lead to feel claustrophobic, produce fear. Street space scale should be controlled within the scope of suitable scale.

streets problem and research

Qingnian street is the main street in Shenyang. With the development of this city, roads and buildings both have problems.

As the roads become wider and the traffic become more and more inconvenience, the estrangement between the building, people and city texture becomes more uncompleted, also the memories of the city fade away.

city plaza

The area is located in the commercial centre of Shenyang Qingnian street, the surrounding is given priority to with business mansion. People are mainly as white-collar workers and urban residents for leisure. Design focus on the study of urban texture and the city('s CBD) development. We use two kinds of city elements in the design to form two kinds of spaces.

section and APP

According to the surrounding buildings, we determine the auxiliary kines of the square from buildings' plate form. After combining the modelling of stop, we extend the slop form to the square and forming the vertical elevation difference.
